Joe honorably served in the MN Army National Guard from 2002-2010 as a Cavalry Scout. During his service, he completed a 22 month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While deployed Joe was tasked with conducting combat reconnaissance patrols, convoy security, and presence patrols.
Joe attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS Degree in Industrial Management. While attending college Joe served on a Lean Manufacturing team for a door and window company. The team’s primary focus was to reduce inventory costs, maximize storage utilization, and decrease forklift travel. Joe currently has a 6 sigma green belt, and he is working towards his black belt. His experience has allowed him to develop innovative procedures to reduce production costs without compromising Tritecs unmatched quality.
With over 8 years of SolidWorks experience, Joe is able to generate patterns for complex parts and assemblies. Throughout his time at Tritec he has served as Project Manager for various projects.

Joe has served as Tritecs safety director since 2010. As the safety director, Joe is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment through the implementation of a proactive safety program.
